Return Policy

For all return requests, please email us at musclefuel@gmail.com. Include your Order Number in the subject line to help us quickly address your request.

We will not process refunds unless you contact us first, so we can assess the issue and determine the best resolution.

Returns Eligibility

1. Supplements & Nutritional Products

   • Sealed products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, minus the actual shipping cost we incurred.*
   • Opened products are not eligible for returns unless there is a brand recall for the specific lot number you received.

2. Promotional Items

   • If returning a singular unopened item from a Buy X Get X or similar promotion, the refund will be adjusted based on the regular price of the remaining items in the order, minus the return shipping fee.

No Restocking Fees

Unlike other websites, we do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Damages or Claims

• If your order arrives damaged, please retain the shipment and packaging for inspection for up to 30 days.
• Claims may be denied if the shipment or packaging is not retained for inspection.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees.
