• Eligibility:
  • Orders over $75 (before taxes and after promotions) qualify for FREE Same Day Delivery.
  • Orders below $75 are subject to a $9.99 + tax shipping fee.
  • Drink cases are excluded from free shipping due to weight.
• Order Cut-Off Times:
  • Orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered same day between 6 PM – 9:30 PM.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next business day.
  • No deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Same Day Delivery Disclaimer

• Delays may occur due to:
  • High order volumes (e.g., sales events).
  • Product backorders or inventory updates.
  • Courier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather or COVID-19 impacts).
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We are not responsible for packages once delivered and photo confirmation is provided by the carrier.

Winter Shipping Policy – Drinks

From November to March, energy drinks may freeze and arrive damaged during transit due to cold temperatures. Claims for damaged cans/cases will not be accepted, as carriers do not insure against such damages.

Additional Policies

• Order Cancellations:
  • A 15% cancellation fee applies to orders canceled before shipping.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
• Undeliverable Packages:
  • If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you for reshipment arrangements.
• Address Errors:
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
  • If the package is returned to us, additional charges for reshipping or return will apply.
